Privacy policy
This page explains what happens to your information when you join the Help Desk Zero waitlist at app.helpdeskzero.com. We kept this short on purpose. If you have questions after reading it, email us at privacy@helpdeskzero.com.
What we collect
Just your email address. That's it. We don't ask for your name, your phone number, or anything else when you sign up for the waitlist.
Why we collect it
We use your email to let you know when Help Desk Zero launches and to send you occasional updates about the product as it gets closer to release. We won't use it for anything beyond that, and we won't sell it or hand it off to marketers.
Where it's stored
Your email is stored in a Microsoft Azure database. It's encrypted both while it's stored and while it travels between your browser and our server. We also use Cloudflare to help block automated bot signups, which means Cloudflare briefly sees your signup request as part of that process.
How long we keep it
We keep your email on the waitlist until we launch and reach out, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first.
Your choices
Want off the list? Email us at privacy@helpdeskzero.com and we'll remove your address. No forms to fill out, no reason needed.
Emails you'll actually get
If we ever send you a marketing email, it will always include a way to unsubscribe, and we'll honor that request promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in any meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
